are these vegan friendly?
absolutely! that's what we pride ourselves the most in. all our candles are made with soy wax, which is completely organic and not potentially harmful to your lungs like paraffin wax. also, with every candle purchased in a glass cup (20cl - 50cl), can be returned to be refilled with the same scent at a discounted price!

I'm new to candles, how can I try a smell without buying a full-sized candle?
unfortunately, we do not currently offer sample sizes, unless they come in a full set of all 4 scents from the collection. that's the best way to figure out which scent you would like as a full sized version!

why doesn't my candle look like the one in the pictures?
all our candles are poured by hand individually, this means no machines, and as humans we are not always perfect and accurate, so sadly this will make for some imperfections. this doesn't affect the formula and smell of the wax itself, and more often than not, once you start to burn the candle the wax spills clean themselves up.

why can't I find my favourite scent?
see each collection as a time capsule. unless there is huge demand, or a flash sale, when collections are gone they are only available to buy as a full set, rather than individually. the candles that you see on the site from past collections are the very popular ones.

can I make special requests? (an unreleased scent, personalised label, gift wrapping etc.)
gift wrapping is available for products purchased, DM us on instagram or email us once you have made your order with your confirmation number or name, and we can send it to you or the recipient gift wrapped.
if you have a potential scent you would like that is not listed, you would have make a minimum order of £30 of candles in your chosen scent.
personalised labels are available by adding them to your basket alongside the candle you wish to purchase.
