shipping & returns policy
For all orders, please allow up to 5 working days for processing. All candles are handpoured with care, meaning that it may take a bit longer to create than a factory. If there is a delay in processing this will be communicated with you via email, so you can make the decision to cancel the order or continue to wait for your order.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders will always be aimed to be shipped every Friday. The cut off time for orders shipped on that day is 12pm. Any orders made after this time will be shipped in the following week's delivery group.
Shipping costs are stated at checkout, these costs are dependent on the weight of the order and the destination - although all orders over £50 receive free delivery (except US), but will usually fall within the following time frames:
UK
standard shipping 2-5 working days.
Rest of Europe
Standard Shipping is 8-10 working days.
US
Standard Shipping is up to 21 working days
